Wax on...

Raise your hands, how many of you practiced the deadly "Crane Kick" where one well placed kick will knock out your opponent? Don't be shy millions of kids did back in the 80's when the Karate Kid showed in the theaters and later, the videotapes.

I didn't really get the Crane Kick. I mean, how is one freakin kick, no matter how well done, going to drop a guy/girl/person right?

What I did get from the movie was "Wax on, wax off". The amazing blocking moves! So I'm a pacifist, sue me.

Of course, these moves were taught by the venerable sage Mr. Miyagi played by the amazingly talented Patrick Morita.

Sadly, Pat left us on November 27, 2005. He passed away from natural causes and this world is mourning the loss of one of its stars.
