Spammer Jeremy Jaynes is the first person to get convicted for illegal (Is there a legal version?) spamming.
The turd for brains has been sentenced to 9 years in prison for irritating people all over the world by sending out emails selling porn or non-existant products.
The case has been appealed because he is a North Carolina man being tried under a new Virginia law.
Personally, I feel that the asshole needs to be put away for at least 20 years without parole. Given the amount of pain and suffering he's cause sending out his crap, he deserves to be put away for a really long time.
Maybe after a nice long stint as "Bruno's Biotch" he'll think twice before sending out spam.

The fact that he was grossing $750K is abominable. Part of his sentence should be manually cleaning up email boxes... via webmail... one spam at a time.
