Final time... 6:56!!! I beat my time from last year by 45 minutes. Not quite the best I was hoping for, but oh well. The cramping got worse. It started first in one leg and then the other leg decided to join in all the fun. That stopped me from doing any more running and I decided to finish the marathon walking it.
Something that really helped me this year, was that I stopped and took the time to do some stretches. I'm sure I must've looked really suggestive, as I did my yoga poses on that sunny lawn. I wonder did anybody take pictures??? hehehehehe I love those pelvic thrusts!
