Lady of the moon (Vietnamese Version) 

Happy Moon Festival Everyone!

My friend Simon in Boston sent me this great pic and I wanted to share it with everyone.

The Mid-Autumn Moon Festival celebrates the lady (or bunny if you're Japanese) in the moon. This festival allowed rebels to pass messages to each other, by slipping it into the mooncakes and passing the mooncake to everyone.

Maybe that's why I never liked the filling...it's waaaaaay too much fiber!
